Ordering Information There are several ways to order, the easiest being this web site! The site is equipped with a fully secured online shopping system. Each product information page has an order button that will add your stencil, catalog, or accessory to your shopping bag. Simply browse through the online catalog and click "Purchase" when you come across a product you wish to buy. Each time you click "Purchase" you'll be presented with a summary of the items in your shopping bag and your current order total (not including shipping and handling). When you're finished shopping, return to the shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. Select your your payment type and enter your credit card information, shipping and bill-to addresses and method of shipping, then click "Continue". You'll be presented with your order summary which includes a complete list of the products you've purchased and your order total including shipping and any surcharges (such as shipping outside of the continental United States). Click "Submit Order" to place your order. That's it! Please be assured we are processing your order promptly. Shipping Information United States & Canada All US orders shipped UPS GROUND, unless you select the 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air option. Shipping & handling costs will be calculated for you by our online ordering system. Alaska, Hawaii, International, & US Territory orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. The system will automatically add a $10.00 surcharge on orders shipped to AK, HI, PR, GU and Canada. If the actual costs are higher, we will contact you for approval. If they are lower, we will adjust the charge accordingly. International Orders All orders must be prepaid to include freight. You may submit your order through the online ordering system if required address fields can be completed. When we receive your order we will determine the actual shipping cost and e-mail you for approval. If the required fields are not compatible with your countries address format, you may e-mail the webmaster with your name, address and what stencils you'd like - don't send your credit card information. We will e-mail back the total, including actual shipping cost. Should a defect occur, we will reship these products to you at no cost. Just give us a call; you may be asked to return the defective merchandise to us. Damaged Goods Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt and make the driver aware of any visible damages. Damaged stencils and products will need to be examined by the shipper (UPS). Call our toll free line (888-656-4515) to initiate a claim. Replacement products will be shipped within three business days. > Return Policy We will accept returns on a case by case basis.
